    Been back and fourth with emails for years everytime they call and I answer the phone hangs up on the other end then they said they've tried to contact me and not had any success .... maybe just hang on when someone answers not hang up ..... sent me a email of a payment plan to split up other 3 debts they then told me they couldn't locate this so I went on the email screen shot it and sent it to them .... just sick of the lies how can anyone say these are a good company when they've fobbed me off for years .... I even tried to pay the debt in full and they still wasn't interested the financial Ombudsman is now looking into it as I don't know what else I can do .......
