Yes, all of our alternative medicine practitioners are licensed and certified in their respective fields. We ensure that our practitioners have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide safe and effective treatments to our patients.

How does your approach differ from traditional Western medicine?

Our approach to healthcare focuses on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms of their condition. This review is because of a phone call made on Friday whereby a friendly helpful and friendly receptionist dealt with an enquiry in such a friendly and professional manner. I explained my son needed an appointment before Tuesday for a medical form that was needed urgently. No appointments were available at the Tudor surgery as it was late in the day but she managed to get one for today (Monday) at the Bushey surgery. I took her name but have since forgotten. I think it may have been Mariam ? Anyway thank you for your kindness. I’m so glad it was you I got to speak to. I’m hoping the Dr we see later is just as helpful.

Apart from one receptionist in this surgery, the rest are rude and aggressive. They treat patients with little respect and dignity. If they make a mistake, have misplaced a letter to be collected, are too busy, or in a bad mood (!) they take it all out of poor patients, only because they can and patients are in their commands! So unethical and unhelpful. I usually travel to Bushey just to save myself from their patronising and bad attitudes. These receptionists never fail to act like some superiors. Even when we wear our masks (following the rules) and talk to them, they get annoyed that can’t hear us as clear as they desire!! Does the manager ever read these reviews??

This has been my surgery all my life and I am so glad that it's still open. I rang this morning for an emergency appointment and the lady receptionist was very helpful and was able to get me an appointment at the Attenborough Surgery. All the receptionists have been helpful, kind and polite when I have either been in or phoned. Thank you for all you do and thank goodness we still have The Tudor Surgery on the estate.

If I spoke to customers the way the receptionists at Tudor surgery speak to patients, I would be fired on the spot. The only decent thing about the practice is the doctors. Will avoid using Tudor in future and go to their Bushey practice where the staff are helpful and friendly.

Due to being a uni student I was no longer registered at this surgery (always been here before I went to uni) - I’d been through 111 and was told to contact my gp. Upon explaining the situation the receptionist booked a same day appointment for me & temporary registered me so I could be seen the same day. The doctor was extremely helpful, instantly referring me to Watford General and personally speaking to the consultant to let them know I was coming. A few days after, the surgery rang me to book a follow up appointment to make sure everything was still okay - something I was pleasantly surprised by! I know not everyone’s is the same but my personal experience here was much better than expected :)

Difficult to get an appointment. The one thing I would say the team has to add messages when someone book an appointment. You book an appointment 1-2 weeks in advance and can't keep track of time and day booked. Can they not send the message? Use technology please to remind about the time. If you are working so are others!

I'm absolutely fed up and disgusted with this doctors. I went in this morning at 8.20am to get a same day appointment. I explained to the receptionist that I have been experiencing pelvic pain for last 3 weeks and would like to see a lady doctor. The receptionists reply was! I'm sorry we can't give you an appointment because it's not deemed an emergency and it's not happened in the last 24 hours! WHAT?. So because I've left my pain to see if it will go and not to bother the doctor I still can't have an appointment. Oh but I can have an appointment at the Attenborough surgery in Bushey. And that's where I will be moving too. The Tudor surgery is an absolute joke. When I first moved here the surgery was good. It offered afternoon appointments and after working hours for us people that work. Why can't we ever get an afternoon appointment?. Not everyone can come in the morning. The surgery is an absolute joke.

7-8yrs ago 5 stars over the Last 4-5yrs 1 star. The GPs are wonderful. Admin however… their training/expertise/respectfulness HORRIBLE. Only way to get an apt is if you call at 8:30, for an apt two weeks away. The admin team openly laugh at you… UNPROFESSIONAL!
