Just heard Alex Payne has received a Michelin Star and well deserved it is. My daughter surprised me with a lunch in the Tudor Pass for my 60 th recently, I have to say the food was excellent, each course was explained of its hidden flavours. Presentation and service was excellent, after the meal Alex came out and asked how and what we thought of the menu I replied you should have a Michelin Star for the food in the menu. Good luck and congratulations Alex and the team . I would highly recommend booking a table just for the experience of the fabulous food and service .

One of the best meals we've ever had, attention to detail in the food as well as the service was immaculate. The actual dining area was extremely private and this made the atmosphere fantastic. Every course was consistently brilliant with Alex and the chefs coming to explain the ideas behind each part of the dish. Waiting staff were also knowledgeable and attentive. Attended for a 5 year anniversary and they catered for our religious/dietary requirements. Can't wait to return!
