Mehdi Kahoul (the short man with a suit) the building manager is useless and has no ability to manage such a large building. If you want a tenancy filled with leaks into and out of your flat then sign up right away as you will have a nightmare here. Drains are dodgy and they expect you to use a contractor to maintain them. This building manager has short man syndrome which is why he is so angry and rude all the time to residents...
