This surgery has come on in leaps and bounds after Covid. Before that I was considering leaving the practice. The last few months I’ve seen dr. Fiona who is fantastic and yesterday a smashing receptionist 25/11 at 13.15approx, so friendly and helpful. Suzanne the nurse who referred me to Fiona a few months ago (Suzanne is always great) A fantastic team. Thank you

Doctors are brilliant however they shut between 1pm and 2pm and I have been trying to call (after 2pm) and the answering system is still saying the surgery is closed between 1 and 2pm and yet it is 2:20pm. If the times have changed then the voicemail needs to be altered so people aren't ringing and getting frustrated that they are calling within the opening hours yet the phone lines are still shut.
