Purchased a bike from the Trailhead a year ago and had excellent communication in the build up to collecting the bike. My last minute request to invisiframe the bike at short notice was no problem for the team. Recently had a warranty issue which was handled superbly, again brilliant communication and service from Matt. Highly recommended
