March 2023 only needed 1 bag, this was understandably a bit more expensive than multiple bags. The delivery had to be of course done by a smaller van. However Richard was very helpful in working out the van would fit in our building car park. Delivery driver Jack, was very “can do” in unloading the bag in very tight circumstances! Jan 2022 ordered another 5 bags and had another great experience with delivery by lorry crane into our courtyard garden over the railings. Jan 2021 Ordered 9 bulk bags for delivery to East London. Excellent customer service and the best price we could find. Delivery was on time, driver called ahead of arriving. Driver (Shaun) was very accommodating with a 'can do'' attitude. Would highly recommend this company for its service and well priced product.

Super Turf and premium Topsoil I ordered from The Topsoil Company as they not only had the best price in the area, they were able to select the date I wanted it to arrive and even asked me if I wanted an AM or PM delivery. Delivery was prompt, I even got a courtesy call from the driver himself 1 hour before arrival. The soil is dry, so light, fluffy and fine (no stones or clay) really high top quality. The turf is amazing so fresh and bright! I could not be happier! Highly recommend this company. Thanks again

BEWARE of additional costs due to damages I am leaving two starts for this company only because they delivered a good product at the end. Upon arrival our team asked the driver to tip the loose soil on the driveway - this was always the plan, he agreed and started manoeuvring the truck. As a professional I would expect the driver to advise us if that would be tricky or not - he continued and caused damages to both the driveway that belongs to our clients and the brick wall that belongs to their neighbours. After I saw the damages I called the office and managed to speak to a manager who repeated several times that they do not accept responsibility and that I have asked the driver to put the soil on the driveway, which is correct but I did not ask him to make damages resulting in costs higher than what we paid for the soil. Accidents happen and I understand that but what I don’t understand is why the delivery driver did not care at all and act irresponsibly, nor did the Topsoil company as they did point out many times that they could have just dropped it on the road. It seems as if they would even agreed to drop it on the house if we told them?

Excellent product, highly recommend. After a bad experience of terrible topsoil sourced by a builder, I chose my supplier carefully for a large project in the garden last year. Straight away you can tell that the enriched top soil is a good product, but the real test was how the plants performed: all my plants thrived. Really extraordinary what a difference it made. Wouldn’t buy from anyone else now. (Quick turnaround for deliveries too).
