  We were very lucky to have our bathroom redesigned by Mark and his team at TTABW and throughout the service was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and their knowledge and advice regarding the fixtures and fittings was second to none. They worked alongside the bathroom rebuild company making sure all of the products were delivered on time to keep the job running smoothly. Also it was lovely to do business with a small, local company rather than one of the big faceless names resulting in a much more bespoke service. Thank you!

  We had the pleasure in dealing with a great team here (Jamie mark Lauren).Jamie did a fantastic job planning our bathrooms and going through the options available and providing products in various budgets We went to many other companies before but found dealing with Jamie especially was a pleasure He found us a great fitter who did a great job on a difficult project without batting an eyelid They are all very knowledgeable about the products they sell and are happy to sort problems without making a song and dance about it Thanks again a genuine pleasure to meet you all and deal with you

  Really nice local company. We decided to renovate our bathroom late last year, one of the biggest outside projects we've undertaken in our house. Our bathroom is tiny, we only have one, and it's not the easiest room to work with. We looked around at several different showrooms, we visited this one on more than one occasion in fact, just looking around ourselves, and we also contacted some other bathroom companies and people who had been recommended to us. We were either met with not much interest and no-one got back to us (did they want our business?), or the showrooms we visited didn't have anything that stood out to us. When we visited this showroom I can remember taking some photos of things that I liked. Fast forward and we went back to this company, again looking around. This time one of the sales people came over to us and started chatting and so we all ended up walking round together pointing out the things we really liked and chatting about the size of our bathroom and what we were intending to do. We had a bathroom fitter in mind but were caught up in the circle loop, we couldn't book the fitter in until we had found and ordered our products and we couldn't order our products without running them past the fitter we were looking at to check it was all doable. We didn't know at the time that we were talking to Mark, whose bathroom company it was,.but his knowledge of sizes and products impressed us so much that we sat down on that visit and he drew up a digital on screen plan (we were looking at changing our layout). We came away that day with a plan, an estimate and a list of all the products we were looking to have in our bathroom. I went home and googled them all for pinning to my bathroom vision board! We sent the products list to our fitter and he confirmed yes it was all doable, we weighed it all up, we uuhmed and aahed, it was a considerable purchase, not just the products but the fitting too, and we were anxious to get the timing right, and with the minimum of fuss and stress and delay and not taking up too many weeks, it is our only bathroom and loo in the house! In the end we decided to go for it. Really you could go on and on forever looking at products and always finding something else, at some point you need to decide and trust it will all look and work lovely, and we were assured that the quality of the products was good and would stand the test of time. We booked our fitter and ordered our products, me still stressing somewhat to make sure all the timings were got right and that everything would be ok. Jamie and Lauren were fantastic in putting the order through and answering some of my questions and Mark was accessible for me to speak to as well. Basically we had the best team for our bathroom, we had a fitter who delivered in terms of work done and how hard they worked, bringing the project to completion in under two weeks, and we had a bathroom company, this one whose customer service was great. Any installation is not without a couple of things that don't go quite as expected, we had one, but that was it, just the one and it was easily dealt with thanks to our fitter and the bathroom company communicating well together. We now have a bathroom that's bright and colourful and glam and a space that we want to spend time in. Our bathroom has been elevated from just a functional room to a pamper gorgeous room in its own right. Our fitter and this bathroom company respected us, they knew we were worried, not having done a project like this before and that we were having to put our trust and faith in them both, and between them all they made my vision board turn out even better in real life!

  Highly recommend using this company, Jamie and Mark helped me choose the perfect bathroom. They were very knowledgeable with their stock and helped source particular items I wanted. They made the process pain and stress free. I used their recommended fitted, Becks plumbing and was equally as impressed. The relationship between tile and bathroom and the fitter really helped make things flow seamlessly. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my bathrooms and plan on using them for my tiled floors also!

  Just had our tiny bathroom transformed into a luxury shower room. Jamie did a wonderful job understanding our specific requirements and their recommended fitter, Andreas of Brunel Bathrooms, did a great installation. Both Jamie and Andreas were professional, helpful, courteous and determined to get us a great result. Very happy customers!

Felt very well looked after and in good hands right from our first consultation with Jamie, who guided us honestly and knowledgeably to the absolute best quality pieces to suit our budget. We were kept informed at every step by Lauren, and Russell just could not have been any more helpful throughout. Genuinely lovely bloke, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We could not be any happier with the pieces we received, really very high quality, and all delivered in immaculate condition. Highly recommend the Tile and Bathroom Warehouse.   We went to Mark at Tile & Bathroom warehouse with no idea of what we wanted, how much anything would cost, or how long it would take. I had so many questions and confusion. Mark listened and responded to even the simplest questions. He took into consideration our budget, style choices and presented us with many options to choose from. He was not annoyed when I changed my mind about 10 times (once even after I had paid/and he had ordered the items). When it came to delivery, everything was delivered before our builders arrived and the communication was clear. What also made a difference was that they were local - so when we got a wrong part in or wanted to order something else last minute, Mark & his team were on hand to assist. I would recommend working with The Tile & Bathroom Warehouse to anyone - builder or customer alike! Thank you - we love our new bathroom!

  The guys at T&B knew their stuff and were great at helping us to design our bathroom. We had a hiccup where our tiles arrived, but didn't match the colour on the website. T&B were great about sending them back and getting us something else. Thrilled with the end result.
