I had a carpet cleaning booked for today at 15:30 and received a confirmation/reminder email yesterday. After 30mins no one had arrived and I called but there was no answer. I called twice more (no answer again) over the next two hours and ultimately gave up waiting and went home. Earlier in the week I sent email that wasn’t responded to as well. Thanks for wasting my afternoon. On the plus side I didn’t have to pay during the booking process so I haven’t lost any money.

i had my carpet done by the tidy team and I must say not only was the staff so friendly the job they done left me speechless. when I was first quoted a price I thought that's to good to be true .I was worried for that price it must just be a basic clean. but I was wrong the staff left my carpet smelling so fresh and looking brand new. 5 stars from me 😊 Would definalty recommend to all my friends and family. thanks again tidy team
