You can’t give anymore stars to a ticket company that, in the middle of a cost of living crises, thinks it’s acceptable to charge 12% handling fees, as well as £1.50 booking fees…. 12%!!!!!!!! Just to hammer home how much this is, a ticket costing £40 will incur fees if £13.50. Let that sink in. 1 ⭐️ is too much. This is greed and exploitation!

dont use. They partner with booking protect so you cant get a refund unless you're dead or dying. Because of them i had to buy tickets twice, turns out wanting to get tickets to a closer to home venue isn't a valid enough reason for a refund. And their 'customer support' number is in such a foreign country that it'd probably cost the same as the tickets. Absolute joke.
