Don’t bother getting ticket protection they find every excuse not to pay out will be avoiding in future! Couldn’t make the concert due to extreme weather and advisory not to travel and they still won’t pay because it wasn’t a red weather warning

FOUR times I got to the front of the queue for Peter Kay tickets and EVERY TIME was told there was an error upon reaching the front of the queue and was redirected to the back of the queue. Absolutely appalling service. I have wasted HOURS AND HOURS of my time today and have zero tickets to show for it.

I've been queuing since yesterday for Peter Kaye tickets and twice I was at the front of the queue only waiting to be redirected to buy my tickets but nothing happened. I was told my te had expired and then taken back into the queue!! UNBELIEVABLE! Now the site is closed until tomorrow. Not a chance of getting a ticket now. I'm absolutely fuming 😤

Shocking system, queued for 6 hours, reached the head of the queue twice only to be bounced off the purchase website after three attempts to log on each time At least the Scalpers can get their websites to work. Really, really poor

Ridiculous was 420 in the queue this morning for Peter Kay tickets had been since 7 am then just about to go to website stated error then refreshed and said paused paused from 10:20-11:20 what a disgrace , these companies have plenty of time to plan and can’t organise a P*ss up in a brewery . I see the touts have no problems over £500 a ticket . Okay saying the tickets will remain the same price when the whole system is corrupt

Well I'm going to post a positive review as I've managed to buy tickets for Peter Kay by 10.15 today! Signing up for their Superfan Club is definitely worth the £40 fee. Members were let into the website gradually so the website didn't crash and purchase of tickets was seamless. Well done Ticket Factory. I didn't expect to get tickets at all for such a popular event and I expected the web to crash. You've made my Xmas.
