Contractors BEWARE!!! don't be tempted by the keen nightly rates at this hotel, As it is notorious for work vans break ins mine was broken into 9pm in the evening and the staff were as rude as you will get and the security is brutal... 3k later I have my van repaired that was opened like a tin of tuna.. so that 50 pounds stay wasn't so cheap.. To be honest rude lady on checkin bar staff don't want to work and the food I won't even go there... Worst in the UK

So firstly the staff are lovely and amazing. I feel so sorry for them having to work in such a **** hole of a place. We stayed for one night and the room was not up to expectations. Yes it was clean so the staff are doing their job but the company need to heavily invest in this building! The floors creaked like mad. There were silver fish on the carpets (google image them) the room temperature was ridiculous. Sooo hot! And the radiator was off so I don’t really know why. Our friends stayed also and their room was equally as hot! The worst by far though was the god awful smell of stale cigarette smoke. It catches you as soon as you walk in the room. The window outside was littered with cigarette ends. Good side though is the food was great and once again the staff are lovely. Best western need to reinvest before it’s too late

The most horrendous place for people with severe mobility disabilities. This property has no lift and I was placed on the top floor (62 stairs) with a toddler. Absolutely ridiculous, couldn’t change rooms because of a system error. Awful stay. Rooms : 1/5 | Service : 2/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

Pretty good Room decent size. All rooms have en-suite Shower toilet. Although our shower varied in temperature and small enclosure meant it was difficult to avoid the cold water. Bed comfortable and plenty of storage room having and drawers which is becoming rare these days. Good garden I guess good place for weddings. Right next to M25 which is good and bad!
