Two years of noisy construction work during Covid lockdowns had made me dependent on using wax earplugs - day and night - to relax. The result was that ear wax had built up and was affecting my hearing. Gavin removed this out in 10 minutes of microsuction. The procedure was entirely painless and non-invasive. I can't thank him enough.
