Saw Idilia today and it was so lovely. My back and neck have so much more movement than they did! Pregnancy and carrying a large newborn around will do that to you! Additionally it was relaxing in a way I didn't expect from deep tissue. Her calm friendly manner had me calmed in a way thats been almost nonexistent lately, chatting about early motherhood in a way that just felt validating and 'seen'. It felt truly possible to just let go physically in a way I usually can't with anything similar. Thank you!

Been treated by Gail Stevens, just the one 50-min session (£80), then she said I was going to be fine. However, she had the wrong diagnosis (it happens), and her treatment was therefore useless, my pain was still the same. So I contacted the clinic several times for explanation and a refund, but they never got back in touch. Unprofessional
