See below for review of a company you are partners with, it maybe worth vetting the selling distributor before taking them on, also the customer service you offer is well below average. Some do not warnings if you have vulnerable relatives- Do not use this company if you want a reliable product, do not use this company if you want a reliable install date and the product not being delayed as it wasn’t ordered correctly, do use this company if you want a reliable manufacturer backed guarantee and service plan, they simply won’t set it up and since you have brought it from them rather than the supplier you are left paying for the service. Do not hope for a call back they will simply not do it, ‘ sorry they are busy grafting’ clearly taking money is their game. Their time would have been better spent vetting the manufacturers they use. It’s all false promises and leave it with me. The lift it’s self only failed five times soon after install leaving elderly people risk using the stairs, what could possibly go wrong oh yes broken bones or worse. But the engineer who visits is to be fair a nice chap.

Very disappointed with the lack of support from Terrys. Have a Terry Harmony lift that was installed by another certified company yet they will not come and have a look at the lift outside of the warranty. They insisted that I had to go back to the company that it was originally installed by and did not considering that we did not wish to do so. If they have made a decision not to support their own lifts at our cost it will make us think twice whether to install another Terrys lift in the future. In response to your reply. Your records state that a Terrys lift was originally installed at our property by Terrys, so this contradicts your comments. This lift is therefore installed in the correct environment and maybe you would reconsider in providing a quotation to bring your lift back to working order. If not this confirms your lack of support on your own lifts.

Left everywhere clean and tidy and made a fabulous job of installing the new, through floor lift. We received a full talk through and demonstration of how the lift works and all safety features. I would highly recommend Terry's Lifts

Had a lift for some years now ,the first years with the supplied maintenance was fine but the excessive cost of out of warranty service contract resulted in me not renewing that . The battery has been on the lift over 6 years now. i intend to replace the Battery on a TSL 1100 w . It is beyond the capability of the service help line to give any information as to the correct replacement battery for a self fit solution , and i quote "health and safety reasons". Either you help your customers or you don't , i believe this is a don't help situation . Part 2 I phone Reece who seemed to struggle with the simplicity of my request of ,can you tel me the correct replacement battery . i asked again and also explained that he ( Terry lifts )have no responsibility for my action in regard to letting me know the correct battery. Reece did not have the correct information at hand . i will solve the issue myself .
