I had a lovely experience with tender touch, Coral was so caring and sensitive and made the whole process so easy and manageable. Very reasonable prices considering most nowadays. She found us a fantastic life celebrant that fitted our requests perfectly. The flowers we had were from Debbie who works with tender touch and they were gorgeous. All the staff who were present on the day were very friendly and kept the funeral very dignified. The day itself went perfectly and despite covid restrictions they made dad's final journey exactly how he would have wanted. Even though the circumstances were heartbreaking, we could not have been happier with how the day went and with the services we received. Coral even sent emails just to check in and make sure we were coping ok. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend Tender Touch as they have exactly what their name says. I could not have asked for more, except my dad back.

We had Chloe organise my grandfathers funeral. It needed to be done within a certain timeframe due to other family commitments. Chloe took the job head on and proved to be very efficient in her role, showing what was on offer without it being pushed down your throat. Empathic and knows how to put a smile on your face in difficult situations. Extremely informative, professional and would definitely recommended your to family and friends all due to how professionally it was handed within such a restricted timeframe.
