Never pay any money to this company ! they give you no support I even sent them an email telling them I will quit the course and they don't seem to care . It takes for ever to get feed back on your assignment and then if you do not hit the pass mark , you will get a very slow response telling you to do it a gain , no contact for the tutor nothing !

I would to share my experience with THE TEFL ACADEMY. No support, no communication. Deadlines are only for students. Teachers are not grading the assignments on time and then you end up paying for an extension (£40 for 30 days) , when you try to appeal or rise a complaint they ignore your messages. How fair is that? is doesn't look like even try to listen to you and improve the process. Its all about the money, how sad is that? I wouldn't recommend them to anybody and would prefer to pay a little bit extra to get the support and attention needed. VERY disappointed.
