Great start with Maria, friendly, efficient and returned my calls when she promised. Anna, great communicator. Explained everything simply so I could understand. Always at the end of an email and kept me informed every step of the way. Jonathan delivered everything we asked for and explained the system in a short training session to someone who loves tech but is not very techy!! Finally, Tariq, patience of a saint, did not get phased when we started bombarding him with issues and stayed with us until we were all happy. I slept heartily last night, knowing that if I have any issue, I have the confidence going forward that it will be resolved. One regret, I didn’t contact you sooner to provide our phone service 😊 Superb service.

The Technology Group - Migration of on-premise ISDN Analogue PBX to on-premise 3CX SIP solution. Very professional from the outset. No 'fluff' from the Sales team, and a superb structured approach to the whole process from the Project Management, Technical and Delivery Teams. We did have some teething problems during the migration process, but this to a couple of hours to identify, but was then resolved in a very timely manner. I cannot fault their approach to owning a problem until a suitable solution had been found and implemented. Thank you.

The Technology Group has been our service provider for 7 years or more. They helped with the deployment of over 200 extensions across 11 sites, something our small IT team couldn't have done on our own. They offer excellent support with a real personal touch. If we have ever had an issue with our telephony, TTG have always been at hand to offer support or help find an alternative solution.
