I was quite disappointed as I was not asked to take my shoes of and the areas I said was sore the other area was not explored as my first area of pain. So at the end I got shown exercises to do on a computer and when I walked out of the appointment after paying 50 pounds I laughed and thought what on earth have I just done paying 50 to be shown exercises I could of googled myself. I feel no further forward with my body and I'm quite nervous on how to move forward to have a good life as I have been told I don't have to come back

This place would have got 0 if I could if.it wasn't for Pam the receptionist. We decided to go here as we had moved and needed somewhere a bit closer. Not sure if it was Steven who I saw as he didn't introduce himself but the appointment was absolutely dreadful I don't know how this place has got nearly five stars. I had high hopes because the receptionist was warming and it had good reviews, but when we went into the appointment the first thing he said was if he could record the conversation I said no and he said cos it saves time?? Then he signed and said ok, he had clearly not read anything on the form I had previously filled in, and was obsessed with knowing about my previous chiropractor more than why I went in too see him even searching him up on the computer while I was there, me and my mum kept looking at each other cos his behaviour was odd he was talking to me like a five year old baring in mind I'm 25, he was not interested in me at all as a patient, then when I asked why he was searching my previous chiropractor he said he needs to know who he is, then when I got onto the bed I was EXTREMELY uncomfortable I'm glad my mum was in with me, I even crossed my legs because of this when he was doing the small bit of manipulation he was doing there was absolutely no effort at all, then just used a massager on my back. Within minutes it was finished so i asked him is that it? He said yeah.. then when we finished we went to reception and explained that he just wasn't as educated as my other chiropractor and left. I can't put in everything that happened during it but these are the main parts.

Billy Robson is a skilled and talented massage therapist. He was recommended to me by my son as a knowledgeable and caring practitioner, with a deep understanding of the human body. Without a doubt, he has delivered on all claims. His intuitive approach has freed me from acute, debilitating pain in the hips, lower back and knees. I'm still" a work in progress" but now I can sleep at night and walk without sticks. Billy is always thoroughly professional and respectful. I trust him and his recommendations ( for exercise, lifestyle etc.) Everything he has suggested works! I will always be grateful for his expertise and kindness.
