It seems that the staff are ‘lovely’ as per previous reviews however when there was a mix up with the booking they turned into aggressive and obnoxious witches in front of our eyes, who do not understand hospitality nor seem to recognise the worth of apology or acknowledging a flaw in their booking system. Apparently it’s ok to confirm a booking (in writing!) and then accuse the customer it is not booked!! Never felt so unwelcome! Got a superb lunch for a third of the price just down the road 😋
