Tasted the tea at a local spa and just had to buy for myself including the pretty teapot and glass set…the lid refuses to stay on the tea pot thus smashing one of the glasses. Reported immediately with explanation and photos only to be told that the ‘mishap’ was my fault and that they would not replace the single glass. Very disappointing response and now I’m left with half a set and a teapot I’m nervous to use as the seal won’t hold the lid regardless of which way it is fitted. Shameful experience from a boutique style brand.

I bought Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder - 40g Caddy. It tasted good and packaging looks fancy, but I also compared it with a cup of Matcha tea that I made using Clearspring Organic Matcha. They tasted identical, but the Clearspring brand is more than half the price for the same weight (40g), so I didn't order a second time.

I found these guys on line a few years ago whilst looking for an alternative to the high Street beverages purported to be tea. I found it here ! Their black breakfast tea No 1 is the real deal but its not the only thing they're good at. Rarely these days can you find customer service of this quality, l have ordered ( l do every two to three months) a 1 kilo bag on Tuesday and its been in the tea pot on Wednesday !!! It doesn't get better than that.

Non è possibile che per un valore di 68€ si debbano applicare 23€ di spese di spedizione e altri 50€ di iva e dazi doganali! Mi spiace ma non acquisterò più niente! Organizzate diversamente le spedizioni, io acquisto regolarmente anche da altro sito inglese e non devo sborsare queste cifre. Veramente un peccato.

The glass teapot has a beautiful shape, and the glass is very good quality. It is a pleasure to use. I hope we will not make use of the replacement insert and lid! The soft plastic rim around the lid is very useful in saving the lid from falling off. We used to have to keep hold of the lid to stop it from falling off.
