A great, traditional gem of a good old fashioned pub. We ate in the restaurant, that had lovely sea views over the bay . The menu was full of classics , lots of fresh fish and our hosts were super friendly and informative. Will be back soon to try the 4 course roast . Thanks for a great experience. We had Sunday roast from the 4 course set menu and to be honest we were a little disappointed, the description of the food sounded great but when we got it although served very well and quickly was a bit greasy and bland, the soup was oily the mushroom starter was very greasy and the majority of the main was burnt except for the beef which was nearly raw in the middle, the desert was fine. It is a shame because the service was great, I have had a lot worse but also had a lot better.
