I wouldn’t recommend the tanning shop as I bought a package with 200 minutes with “no expiry” date. During covid I had to leave the country unfortunately and I only just came back in May 2022 , when I had 159 minutes left however I have been told my package has expired. They extended a few months as a gesture of goodwill , but obviously I wasn’t able to use up all my minutes within this short period of time so now I have lost 129 minutes. Be careful when buying courses!

What’s happening at Warren st? I’ve used this shop for many years finding that buyers package deals are very good. I currently have a package for the sun angel. A few weeks ago the music set up went off and is STILL off , making your session seem forever. The lovely lady on reception was and still is to this day very apologetic each time I visit. She’s lovely. Now the facial tanner is not working to full capacity. One again the lady was full of apologies. I think her name is Rocky. It must be so embarrassing for her. Come on guys get this sorted so we can all enjoy tanning at it’s best and save this lovely lady apologising each time we visit. Service: Sunbed tanning

The Portuguese lady who works there is absolutely fantastic! She helped me with the conversion of my minutes from Leeds to London and was super friendly and professional. She has also suggested the amount of minutes that I should do, given the very hot temperatures outside. She went the extra mile with her customer service and made an effort! Thank you!
