Manager - From extremely overfriendly and inappropriate, to extremely rude and cruel. I saw too ladies working here who she chased out with her abusive behaviour, felt really bad for them as I tan daily, so was literally witnessing them working in a dreadful and cold hearted environment, luckily the sensible one quit, and the other got wrongly accused of stealing and fired. I just stay away now, I don't really care, too much drama for me, I just wanted a tan, also got a call from the cops about a monthish ago, and apparently the tanning shop head office have been arguing about me to my ex on some random email address. Yeah I'd avoid like the plague to be honest guys and gals. Service: Body waxing

The manager is awful; rude and confrontational! There is clear lacking of customer experience at the shop affecting the relaxation of tanning, promoted by the brand! The manager is rude, loud and aggressive - management please feel free to contact me as this lady clearly needs guidance.
