The manager, Alexis is absolutely amazing! She’s attentive, professional and very knowledgable and I now wouldn’t go anywhere else to tan. She always has a smile on her face whilst ensuring all her customers are happy. I definitely have a more positive outlook on tanning salons now thanks to her, as well as a great base tan that has been a great value for money. The tanning shop in Colindale would definitely not run this smoothly without her and I really hope she is recognised for her endless hard work and caring attitude for her customers. Service: Tanning

This store is by far, is one of the cleanest, friendliest and chilled stores I've been to. There is no pretentious staff member giving you looks as you walk in, but a welcoming and smiling, young lady at the front desk. She doesn't judge, she explains how the beds work and how many minutes I could have to start, but then goes on to tell me once I've had my first session, how I can then progress on with more minutes each time. She explained how it's best to book to ensure I get the time I want, what creams to use and then onto how the sunbeds work. She took her time with me so I knew what I was doing as this newbie at tanning. I felt very relaxed by the time I was on the bed. The bed was cleaned before I got on, but after my tanning session, I attempted to clean the bed, but she said it was fine, because they clean the beds after every client anyways, this reassured me as anyone going on my bed after my attempt, would of been shocked. Thank you Alexis it was lovely to meet you and I hope to see you next time.
