Bought a solar sleep system off these guys a year ago with a good discount at the time of purchase I might add!! The sleeping bag started to come apart at one of the seems. Took some photos and showed the guys on the shop and had a brand new sleeping bag within a few days. Brilliant service and very helpful with any advice asked for in the past!! Possibly one of the best tackle shops I've used. Polite helpful, good prices .out of 14 items only 1 they didn't have but got in for me within 4 days. Checked reviews before hand J W the review writer can't understand your problem if you could have bought it cheaper elsewhere why didn't you. Did you check the rod before you paid for it in the shop ,obviously not so that matey is down to you. Found all the staff polite to the extent of being offered a cup of tea /coffee .but I honestly think that J W the local review writer should stick to taking photos of fish and chips or Chinese takeaways TACKLE WAREHOUSE keep up the good work lads 👍👍👍👍👍

Having been a local guide for several years now I can honestly say this is the WORST business I have ever dealt with. I purchased a few items on the 1st of March, on opening the 3 swing tips that came with the rod I noticed wrong sizes inside. 1x1g tip and 2x3/4 g , for confirmation I looked up the rod in question (Garbolino silver bullet,picker)on line, to find that 1x1.5g should have been included instead of 2x3/4g as received ☹️. I also found and have now purchased the same rod, with correct tips for over 25%cheaper , see pictures! On returning for a refund I was met with a rude manager who stated he didn't have enough money in the till and couldn't operate his own till to do a refund on my card ..Enter the sales assistant,who I would like to add was lovely! While the manager was still grunting and groaning! Finally received my refund. Not at anytime during my 10 minute interaction did the manager offer any explanation to my issues other than "someone must of changed tips over upstairs" and even responded with "they must be giving them away" and "I don't care about what you can get online" rude and arrogant! I suggest you buy elsewhere..you will certainly save money and the experience of the melt behind the counter! I enclose pictures of my receipts so you can see just how much his products are marked up . Where ever possible I will support local business but not here anymore. Do yourself a favour and look around before committing to a purchase here . I also add this is the first negative feedback I have left in years of being a local guide for Google. Stay safe and tight lines.
