Has taken over a month to get the package to Spain, missing Christmas which was a shame as it was a gift for my wife. The postal strikes were blamed for the delay, however I am not sure if the item was handed over to the post office when stated as what was told to me and the tracking are very different dates. I also had to send an email 5 days after placing the order to see when my order would be processed. If I was outside the UK I don’t think I would order from them unless they offered other shipping options. Shame, as the site was easy to use and like the sustainable clothing option which would have been perfect for my wife’s business.

Ordered a printed hoodie from here, firstly it took about a month to arrive. Secondly the colour of the print was completely off and the quality was so poor, not a quality print at all. The colour of the logo I wanted printing and the colour printed on the hoodie was night and day! The owner refuses to offer a refund and hung up the phone! Absolutely disgusting service and extremely unprofessional. To top it all off, he charged us more than what was advertised on the website! If you need anything printing, AVOID this company at all costs! Shocking customer service and disgusting behaviour. No effort to resolve anything and make things right.
