Kate runs a fantastic business. All emails and questions are answered quickly. Our rabbits visit twice a year and I know that they are loved and looked after extremely well. The pet limo service is an excellent bonus which we have used several times. Photos are posted regularly and I can see my bunnies are happy and enjoying their holiday. Thank you Kate 😃🐇

I have used Sylvan for the last 3 years to board our Rabbit Dennis and more recently our Hamster Freddie. Kate is amazing and looks after our pets so well that they come back like they’ve had a relaxing spa break! We love seeing photos of them on their ‘Holidays’ and have purchased some through the gallery service previously. I definitely would highly recommend 🐰🐹

Our 3 Guinea pigs recently boarded here for the first time. It is such a lovely place and Kate was very welcoming. She clearly knows what she’s doing and we felt reassured that our pets were in safe hands. The pigs returned to us very happy. It was lovely to see photos of them whilst we were away. I would thoroughly recommend this pet hotel to anyone looking for small animal boarding.

Our piggies stayed at the Sylvan hotel for the first time recently. Kate gave them so much care and attention in particular Arthur who is on longterm medication. The accomodation and service are top notch and the gorgeous pictures are an added bonus. I wouldn't board my piggies anywhere else. Thank you Kate
