    I'm very satisfied with my treatment here. Although my two consultations have been via telephone following pictures of my complaints being emailed to the surgery. The doctor has rung me to get details and left a prescription to collect.

    Absolute joke, not bothered about you in the slightest, all the years of medical training to say drink fluids, people off the street could do a better job, our NHS is a complete joke, I was told to take ibuprofen even though I had said to him I hadn't eaten for days , to which I said "I can't on an empty stomach can I"????, I thought you were the doctor!!!!

    I seriously think it would be easier to get inside broadmoor secure hospital than it is to actually get a face to face consultation with a GP now, when you call you’re immediately asked if you’ve done an e-consult which is a waste of time as last attempt at this resulted in it telling me they couldn’t help and I should find help myself or call the surgery. So you call the surgery again and you’re asked if you’ve done an e-consult, you are then told they can’t offer face to face appointments you have to speak to a triage doctor. When you get a call You do best you can over the phone to tell them what YOU think is the issue is and they don’t seem to want to bother to see you to confirm this, how can they really know without seeing you??? Then it feels like you're fobbed with,if you're lucky a prescription or maybe a follow up appointment, in my case a physio referral for which I was told reception would call me to book an appointment but guess what…. Not heard a thing. The previous e-consult I attempted resulted in just a brash emailed response, the GP didn't even bother to speak to me and you're left thinking what's the point! I think this is outrageous I’m gobsmacked as to how they can get away with this shambolic, pathetic excuse for a service… yes we have had covid to deal with but keeping patients out of the surgery seems ridiculous, it seems to me unless they suspect cancer then they don’t really want to know. I know other surgeries see patients face to face for consultations so why can't this surgery do the same, why does it feel like they don't want to see you unless THEY deem it really necessary????

    Triage then doctors appointment. This works well, and it wasn't as busy in the waiting room as it can be. I guess the triage sorts out the perpetual non urgent visitors and also the high number of people who dont turn up for appointments.
