    Swimming classes with Sam were brilliant but the policy the academy is running on missed appointments is ridiculous. We’ve missed 4 appointment due to lil one sickness and then as end of the year travel. Unfortunately we were refused to book them in later on as academy do not carry over any missed appointments. THIS IS NOT MENTIONED IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR WAS MENTIONED TO US AT ANY POINT. Unhelpful and unaccommodating. Very quick to take your money but will not refund or reschedule missed classes. I suggest you look elsewhere and let the swim school academy learn to do the business right way or cease to exist.

    My son has only been swimming for just over 7 months, but with the support of a fantastic swim teacher (Stu) he has fast become a wonderful little swimmer. Stu has great patience and is full of praise, giving my son the confidence to try new techniques. The small class size has also helped him to flourish, the pool is lovely and warm and he absolutely loves his lessons.
