    Shocking company to deal with, fitted faulty parts and then its impossible to get hold of anyone to rectify. Messed us about all week and no hot water now since Wednesday. Its friday evening and office shut. Given out of hours number not answered after 45 mins so gave up. Not worth 1 star..avoid at all costs

    Not even worth the 1 star, had a service on boiler, stopped working same day took another week to come back out and condemned boiler due to leaking gas how a service missed that I will never know. Now been 4 weeks with no heating and 3 weeks with no hot water with 2 disabled children. I dont even know how this company stay in business as their phone staff are incredibly rude as well, avoid this company.

    Discusting service, leave sick vunerable people without heating/hot water, lie about engineers returning, discusting customer service from a lady named Jade, offered me temporary heaters when im waiting for hot water 🤔. Clearly no one even reads the job. Engineers on wsy bsck Friday with part by Saturday am clearly engineers got very lost awww dont have my part either. No engineers working my area and no managers either. The engineers themselves are profession and very nice, unfortunately TSG as a business is a discrace . Completely incompetent should not have council contracts if you cannot fulfil it.
