    Can't recommend this studio more - amazing classes, brilliant teachers and a fresh, contemporary and welcoming studio and community. Plagued with injuries for years prior; Lesley could not have been more patient, understanding and worked tirelessly to adapt my practice which has enabled me to now practice pain free and reduced the severity of a long-term injuries significantly. The Sweat Box is the biggest blessing Worthing has had in recent years; a fresh, clean, inviting and safe space that benefits you physically and mentally; the incredible and supportive community they’ve created at the studio is an added bonus too!

    This is an amazing place. Both Michelle snd Lesley are great teachers❤️ Ted’s class is amazing as well. It is like you are receiving 1:1 lesson/feedback every time. If your posture is wrong, they help you to fix it. - you cannot get this from other yoga studios. There are 3 changes in my life since I started taking classes with them; 1) I quit my toxic job- moved on to the next job 2) I’ve lost some weights - My body looks healthier than before 3) I feel more positive about my life. You won’t regret it. I highly recommend their classes👍👍🤗

    I am falling in love with this place. Both Lesley and Michelle are great instructors. Ifs so nice to have trainers that work on you rather than themselves and the inferno pilates is my personal fav. If feels like a 360 approach as its tough but they also work on technique and combine positive re enforcement to help with your mental wellbeing. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

    I've just had my first Bikram yoga session, and also what feels like the best workout I've ever had in my life. Even though it is a class full of people, it almost felt like it was a 121 session; the instructor looking at my poses, making sure I was hydrated, and correcting any mistakes I made in a friendly manner. Very happy I have signed up, and looking forward to my next session!
