Wow, what a gem amongst the bags of compost, seeds, plants and barbecues! We only popped into Hilliers to ‘waste some time’ before checking into the lodges behind the garden centre. We were blown away by the selection of meat available and at that time bought some chicken ballentines but decided to pay a visit before we went home and stocked up on fillet steak, minted Barnsley chops, Chicken Kievs and more ballentines as they were gorgeous. Tom was a lovely bloke and so was the other guy who served us. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic quality meat best butcher for miles and miles .the old saying you only get what you pay for is bang on.staff are alway friendly and welcoming.all of the meat we have had is superb.we use both shops at hailsham and at hilliers garden Center ,we can’t get enough of the tastiest most tender meat.
