I have to strongly not recommend this agency! In addition to my long registration process, I'm extremely unsatisfied with their support. As a TA, I only got three job offers in this quite long time, while I see there are lots of demands for this role through the other platforms every day! The schools they offer me almost always are so far away even though they know my address! Several times they cancelled the confirmed job offer after I rearranged my plans. Also, I asked them if they could consider me for more offers, but I hadn't gotten one from them for a long time and if I did, it was canceled at the last minute! Now I'm regretting choosing them. In the first registration process, they wasted lots of time, even causing me to miss my DBS. Also not useful for offering jobs!

Very professional company. I joined them last year, 2022 and have already been given work opportunities. Although I did not have previous professional experience, they still helped me find work to the point that different nurseries wanted to hire me full-time. I definitely recommend the Supply Room if you want to work with children. The staff are always available and know your name which is a lovely touch!
