This is the 2nd visit we have made to Sundial, our first being 5 months ago and my second review. It has confirmed my original impression that this has to be one of the best restaurants in East Sussex. Knowing some other people who have also been, there's no doubt that the service remains unfailingly excellent and the menu interesting, with wonderful flavours and beautifully presented. The £42 dinner set menu is varied and good value, especially when each guest is made to feel very special. We can't rate it highly enough and it will continue to be a 'go to' for us for special occasions. Wonderful! Parking: Good parking area.
