This place claims to sell crepes and fresh desserts. However, I ordered a crepe today and was told they don’t do them. I then ordered pancakes and received cold, hard stale pancakes that were plucked off a rack despite all of the signs on the windows claiming ‘fresh’.

All they had to do was sell a good cup of coffee but they serve some kind of terrible dish water from a cheap coffee machine and this has led to the cafe closing and I have no idea if/when it will reopen. Get rid of the coffee machine and replace it with a proper barista machine the same as they have in the bistro and the customers will come back.

My young son dropped his ice cream on the floor, I went back to buy another and the two girls serving done a lovey gesture of replacing it free of charge. Always a good service, we use The Sundae Club on every visit 👍🏼 Thanks again 🙏
