Sadly didn't live up to my expectations. Stayed in the deluxe suite with my partner. I had to clean the bath out before we could use it as it wasn't up to my cleaning standards. (I'm in the trade) Room was to a ok standard but just needed a extra 15-20 mins of cleaning, there was cob webs around the curtains,TV n behind the bathroom door and DONT look under the bed 🙈 But we enjoyed are stay none the less

Staff were also super friendly and helpful after I contacted them about an expensive item I'd accidentally left in my room before checking out, even offering to bring the item out to me after hours. The room looks nice but the bedding is horrific. The pillows and duvet are clumpy, the curtains are nearly impossible to close. The view outside is of roof vents and there’s a bright light coming into the room from the windows and the hallway. The place smells of damp and mould. The desk is missing a light bulb, the dust on the lamps and desk. Part of the bedding has a yellow stain. The bathroom sink is broken, the towels are dirty and the bathroom door doesn’t shut. The email address on the website doesn’t work so you can’t email anyone for help. There’s no reception so you can’t ask for better bedding.
