I really don't recommend this place because I've had endless problems. I signed up as a member for classes, asked to have my payments taken on a certain date, they weren't taken, repeatedly requested to have them taken, they weren't taken, with the website being used as the excuse that the payments hadn't gone through. I then resigned my membership because all this money confusion was very stressful for me living on universal credit and needing to plan my finances carefully. A month later I was emailed again to say they were going to take payment this being a month after I resigned membership. So I had to contact the managing director at the Society again to have this payment cancelled. Then today I received the links to the classes again. So I emailed the managing director, Thomas Phillips, to ask him to stop sending these links as I am no longer a member and suggested that their admin needs some serious attention to detail and this is the reply I got.
