Lovely high class alon but staff were down to earth friendly and put me at ease my first salon experience in many years they really gave me the quality me time I deserved. Had a lovely manicure one of the more minor treatments offered but they still took the time to pamper and indulge me. I met two therapists who were both really lovely. I will be going again and highly recommend it. I was welcomed with a drink and a smile and made to feel welcome and comfortable straight away. Plus my nails looked beautiful 😍

I have been going to Reflexetions for a while but today was my first visit since the COVID_19 pandemic. I have been extremely cautious about going to places due to family members shielding and this was my first visit to a salon. I felt completely safe from the moment I stepped in the door; the therapists we wearing appropriate PPE and there was a hand sanitising station. I was asked a few simple questions to ensure that I was not at high high risk of either contracting or spreading the virus. I had my mani and pedi in an individual therapy room and there was a screen between myself and the therapist. The salon was spotless as usual. Despite all of these sensible and necessary precautions, it was still a lovely experience as ever and was absolutely not spoilt by the measures which they have in place. I have come away feel fresh and glam! Thank you so much.
