Perfectly located directly at Stratford International DLR station, and a few steps from the Westfield shopping mall, the largest mall in Europe. The hotel rooms are only up to the 6th floor, so there's no panoramic view. Rooms are large and clean, and staff is very friendly. What I liked most was breakfast - a superb buffet in a nice and quiet ambience. Perfect stay...

Was treated to a night here for my birthday - what a fantastic gift. The whole experience was fabulous, reception staff were very friendly (even wishing me a happy birthday & my wife a happy stay). The atmosphere was very relaxed which we liked. The suite was large & very comfy... welcoming message on the TV and birthday chocolates hand made by the chef greeted us as we entered the room. Waiting staff were also welcoming & helpful. Upon check-out, again nothing but smiles & warmth from reception. All in all, we felt very well looked after. Would highly recommend. Well done

Did not stay in a room as a hotel guest, I'm writing this as a visitor. We stopped by for brunch on the way to the Abba concert. Despite calling up the day before and asking specifically about brunch, I wasn't told that none of the restaurants would actually be open the time I was planning on coming, around 11am. We were offered a seat in reception and given a 'on the go' menu, which was very basic, but what we chose was tasty. My issue is with the restaurant hostess, who generally had a poor attitude, and was incredibly unwelcoming. The staff behind the bar seemed more interested in chatting with each other than looking after customers. There are few places like this in the area to have food and drink, so it does have a bit of a monopoly, and while the hotel itself, although not to my taste, is pleasant, the service is not 4 star by any standards, and needs to be looked at. On leaving, we couldn't help but notice the amount of litter piled in the plant pots either side of the main entrance, which speaks volumes about this place. I have tried to contact the hotel directly to address the poor service, but they have not responded.

Great beds. Fabulous staff. It is close to public transit and the Westfield mall. Westfield mall has a lot of places to eat. The design was lovely and the breakfast was incredible. Dogs are allowed for an extra cost. We had a fantastic experience.

(Original) Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr freundlich, dass Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, wir hatten Zimmer im 5. Stock. Entgegen den Rezensionen war sogar ein volles Frühstück inkl. Speck, Rührei im Preis inbegriffen, wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen.
