Unbelievably rude customer service! Just went in to return an Evri parcel and the female shop worker got snotty with a customer because she couldn’t count properly. Then got snappy at me because I asked if the machine was self-service. (Genuine question as never used it before!) she told me “obviouslt it’s self service - what do you expect? That’s why the screen is facing you!” Disgusting attitudes and won’t be returning.

Not pleased when I called in here for my "click & collect" parcel which was nowhere to be found. The company I bought it from said it was definitely delivered here by the courier. This is currently under investigation. He was apologetic, but I'm not encouraged to go back to use this service again .After investigation & confirmation that the staff @ The Strand rec'd & signed for this delivery. When we returned to advise them of this they told me they had sent the parcel back. How can that happen when they claim the parcel was not there ! So annoyed with this hassle & time wasting. Wrote a letter to the owner, but no apology received !
