So glad I chose this company, Ian is such a nice and honest person. He really cares about his work and the customer I got a great stove and hearth. Which replaced a old wood burner. Needed flue liner and Chimmey cap and safety plates. Work was great.. The gas man he uses Dave was equally very competent and very friendly He managed to site a gas pipe from a bedroom down to living room without any trauma to my plaster of Paris coving. The price and quality of work done was not eye watering like other companies Am very happy and will be very warm this winter!!. Highly recommend Thank you guys .. your a great team..

Really excellent company. Recommended the best stove for us and delivered it before fitting so we could decide upon its position. Took time during fitting to explain how best to use the wood burner and fit a carbon monoxide alarm as part of the package. Its really nice to encounter such good customer service these days. Ian is an amazing worker and will not stop until the job is perfect. Poor man had such a problem removing our old flue to replace a new one and new stove but utterly persevered, until everything was installed. Although absolutely tired out, he would not stop until he had cleaned the whole area and tested the beautiful new stove ....what a star this man is!

Fitted a new multi-fuel stove and hearth. The job was more difficult than we first thought once the blocked up fireplace had been exposed. Ian did a superb job overcoming the difficulties the original builder had left and the final installation is fantastic. He was polite, neat and a perfectionist to the smallest details. Price was great. Highly recommend The Stove Place.

What a total waste of time! After ringing twice and going into the shop twice leaving my details still no reply and with a full installation wanted you'd think they would at least have the courtousy to at least let me know he was too busy. Will not be contacting them again and looking for a better supplier.
