  Only returns 90% for refunds. The tour itself was fine and Stonehenge itself was glorious. Felt a little scammed on the refund policy so here so that’s why it gets 3 stars. (Tried to refund the cathedral as I did not have the time to get there)

  Pros: - Gets you from Salisbury station directly to Stonehenge Cons: - Terribly slow and chaotic process to get the tickets from the driver - Bus frequency is abysmal and comes only once an hour - The bus can get very crowded and there were a number of people left behind waiting for the next bus (in an hour) - The buses were consistently late (15-20 minutes late) - The driver was driving dangerously at over 100km/h with a double deck bus

  Not sure what all the bad reviews are about but actually found it to be a pretty hassle-free way to see the Stonehenge (cue Ylvis) - bus once an hour from a few stops in Salisbury. Really glad we got the "bus & entry to Stonehenge & Old Sarum" for￡36 per person, especially after I saw really long queues for tickets at the Stonehenge Visitor Centre! We could just get in with the bus receipts without having to line up for tickets. Yes, it is true it's just a bus with a plug-in audio guide with sparse reasonably interesting facts, but the price is not that crazy considering it includes entry tickets as well - there's no need to choose a time slot for visiting beforehand which you have to do when buying entry tickets online yourself. If you just buy tickets for Stonehenge at English Heritage online on your own, it's already ￡20+ per person plus £6.50 for Old Sarum that has to be bought in advance by the morning of before 8:45 am I believe although nobody checked it onsite. So, you get the bus to and from Salisbury, plus can get off at Old Sarum castle ruins and back on any bus to Salisbury if you choose to - had the same driver and he was really helpful, telling us where to go without us even having to ask. There's a Harvester family restaurant right by the Old Sarum bus stop if you need to stop for lunch since the Stonehenge visitor center cafe can be really busy. The walk up to Old Sarum from the bus stop was pretty short and easy, and can get nice views of Salisbury up there.

  A tour? Sure… Lets try to explain in a few words this called “Tour”. OK if we call a tour this, we can call a tour every time we take a bus. I will start with something that I believe is the most impotant and it’s the health of the custumer and after my experience on the 7 of April of 2023 I can say that you can die on this tour, I’m going to explain why, the Bus only has a couple of small windows so the heat is intolerable in this time of the year, imagine in summer the temperature inside the bus can rise above 40 degrees so you can sufer heatstroke and depending on your health condition you can die, this is not a joke, the bus doesn’t have air conditioner and this tour fails in every aspect a tour can fail, late departures, bad organization for the people to get on board, the audio guides works very poorly, I saw the driver instead of having a machine to control the tickets he used a pencil to write the tickets information, I felt like I was in a time machine back in the 80s. This company has so low care of the costumers and life it self that they have to be forbidden.

  We took the bus plus Stonehenge, but bought the Cathedral Tower tour separately (AFAIK the optional included Cathedral ticket is only for entrance. Bus was reasonably on time (took tour in December), only a few minutes late. I thought the pricing was reasonable for a 1h bus ride with included entrance to the stones.
