If I could put no stars I would. DO NOT USE. The stone shop is an absolute abomination. The service is disgusting and left my family in tears more times that I could count. It took well over a year for the headstone to be put in place and we still have issues with it.

Absolutely poor communication, several messages to call back with no return, my mums photo wasn’t placed on the manorial when putting in place, it’s been over a year now & still no confirmation on when this is going to happen. My dad is broken hearted. I have given Mr Newton till Friday to respond but that’s more than likely not going to happen. So now will need to go through all this again with another company.

Disgusting customer service! Mr Newton is only interested in the historic memorials he has been involved with and has no interest in individual memorial stones or their significance for a grieving family. He shows no sympathy or understanding for what a family may be experiencing following the loss of a loved one. Bottom line is you will wait months for anything to be done and not receive updates or contact. In our case, we had the telephone slammed down when trying to find out progress. Finally, after eight months, our mother's memorial was eventually delivered and is damaged. Shame on you!

Absolutely disgusting customer service my mum paid in full for a plaque for her husbands grave 4 months ago and still no plaque in place , nobody answered phone eventually she had a call back from a man saying he has no idea when it will be done and he doesn't care , have been in touch with consumer rights and now going to take next steps to get money back
