Right from the first time we met Robin it was clear how passionate he was about his work and how committed he was to offering excellent customer service. We were able to talk through what we wanted to create in our period home and Robin was extremely helpful in shaping our concept. The time spent in the workshop was invaluable and resulted in the most amazing creation. Robin kept us updated throughout and provided detailed photos of the fireplace as it was created. We are so thrilled with the finished fireplace and everybody comments on the quality the moment they walk into the room.
