Went to Cheltenham today just to try this place out, took our 2 little girls also. The food was good albeit slightly pricey, but the staff were very grim. Customer service was awful, couldn’t crack a smile and an unfriendly welcome. We dined in, and Our little girl was needing the loo so she plucked up the courage to ask the server if they had a toilet (young kids can be nervous of these things) but she was met with a ‘we don’t have any’ response which was abrupt and dismissive. A small thing but coupled with the rest of their demeanor means we probably won’t return. In addition, it was my assumption that if you provide seating in a cafe/restaurant for customers to dine at then you must provide toilet facilities.

Wasn't worth the £7.75. An option of getting the bagel toasted would have been nice. Filling wasn't super generous. Great location and vibe however. Probably won't be going back here again.

We tried the "Philly Your Face" deli bagel, iced mocha and biscoff milkshake for brunch. They tasted amazing, it's definitely worth the price! The meat in our bagel was beyond our expectations. Their doughnuts looked very tasty, would come back to try them next time. Staff were very friendly and the place is quite aesthetically pleasing.
