Over priced hostel, the place is a joke. Cost me £150, I rock up expecting a room to find I’m sharing with 5 blokes in a bunk bed. Stay clubbed for about ten minutes to recharge my phone and booked a room for myself at £60 round the corner. Took a few food items from the canteen downstairs whilst waiting 30 minutes for some of the students in the bar running the place to come and speak to me; as repayment 👍

The manager of this apartment told me that if you write not good comments on Google, you will not rent any student apartment. My room has been without electricity for three times, and all the food in the refrigerator is broken. I can't turn on the heating in cold winter. Sleeping in the freeze room, without any staff to help, even refused to fix for me. Yelling at me was very rude and racist. When I told the manager about it, the manager thought they were right. Please don't choose this apartment. You will find the manager's room has no electricity for many times, and the staff are very rude. They won't tell me that there is a primary school nearby. The children play outside from morning to night. It is very noisy, even if I live on the fifth floor. I suffer from noise every day, and the manager will not change rooms. Please don't reply to my contact email when this apartment sees the comments. I have contacted you many times and can't solve the problem at all. I emailed the manager many times to talk with her, but she refused. She also asked the front desk to tell me the wrong time. I pushed everything away and waited at home for her all day without seeing her. The worst student apartment

A place only which is good to stay short-term. I couldn't live in that place longer than three months. What annoys me most is that they're apparently incapable of repairing the laundry machines, they're like this for 3 months now (see pictures), especially for the price they asked for...really disappointing to be honest. The rooms are fine, except the shower. The concept for the shower is a bit unsophisticated, as the mirror closet can't be opened fully, and the water doesn't flow down.. The location is good, though, and it's pretty safe and quiet, in my opinion. Noteworthy details: The whole complex looks old and worn out. It seems they just ask for money and do nothing to keep the customers happy
