I have found that valuations have been accurate. I regularly put stamps into their Auctions and because their sales are so popular I get reasonable prices. It is swings and roundabouts but generally I am pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend them

Dropped in two albums of envelopes (at their request) for valuation. Agreed to call back in a week. Called back a week later - they had not looked at my albums. Nor were they able to give me any idea when they WOULD be able to look at them! A week, a month, a year? Couldn't say! I took my stuff back - what a waste of my time!
