  Exceptional company, lovely people. I spoke initially with Emma (Persey) about getting a stairclimber for my Mum for Christmas. It was quite short notice as Mum had been bed bound and very ill for a long time, and we didn’t know from one week to the next whether she was going to be around much longer, but we knew this would be her last Christmas, and wanted do do whatever we could to make it a memorable one. I asked anyway and the answer was a resounding ‘yes’ and we could have the stair-climber over the Christmas period and Mum would be downstairs for a change - what a relief. I sent some photos so we could be advised which climber would be best, and then Emma’s husband Chris was arranged to come and deliver/train us on the use of the chair just a few days later. Chris was charming and funny and spent hours demonstrating the chair, showing myself, Dad and my daughter Rosie exactly how to use it, especially the all important not chucking Mum down the stairs by accident! The whole experience was the complete opposite of the ‘cove-scusic’ ‘we’re experiencing higher call volumes than normal’ utter nonsense that has become the world in recent years. The service, guidance, kindness and compassion we received was simply outstanding. It was an honour to meet Chris and Emma and a joy to receive the excellent courteous service they provided. Sadly, Mum died over the Christmas period, and having informed them of our sad loss, their kindness shone through again, and they were super helpful. As a health care professional myself I have been sharing their details with as many people as I can, who I know will benefit from their dedication to excellence and quality service. I wish the stair climbing company all success, they are one of a kind and deserve an amazing future. Thank you Chris and Emma, for making Mum’s last week a happy one. Very best wishes, Simon.

  This company is simply amazing. From the start off I was listened to and how they could help me, so that my husband could see his balcony and the views from there. The soonest possible availability they sent an amazing stair climber with a fabulous trainer; Shaun. He was patient, kind and caring, he explained thoroughly every step of the way in language we could understand. There was never any rush and we had a complicated staircase. My husband's wish was achieved that day. For me the staff go above and beyond. Safety is at the heart of their approach and if it isn't possible they will say this whilst also trying to meet your needs. It isn't often you find companies with passion and compassion combined, this company certainly has both and would recommend highly. John and I really thank you for making the almost impossible possible.

  What can we say? This has literally changed our lives. From the initial call with Emma , to conversations with Chris and the visits from Shaun everything was just so easy and smooth. All our worries and concerns were instantly addressed, no question was too small. The climber is very easy to use and more importantly my husband feels safe, even when i'm in control. From being housebound for 8 months, to being able to leave our home to pursue a normal life again, has been life changing for both of us in so many different ways. We have now been able to attend family gatherings and even more importantly my husband is now back at his beloved football club supporting them, even with me in toe.   SLC ltd are a fantastic company to work with and have now worked for me at two of the G15 housing associations. They are responsive and diligent in their approach and always looking to help where they can. Emma and Chris have been nothing short of amazing. their product is a good back up plan for supported housing schemes but can be used at sites with concierges to assist mobility impaired residents. I will continue to recommend them as I genuinely have had a 100% satisfaction service from them! Thank you all so much

  I was looking for a one-off solution to get my elderly mum up to my flat for Christmas. The team were not only professional, helpful and fantastic at replying to my queries but came up with a better solution than I originally had thought. They were also so helpful and accomodating when illness meant we couldn't do the return move as planned. Nothing seemed too much trouble and I can't recommend them enough!

  We used this company to provide a stair climber when our father lost his mobility. I can not begin to truly express how wonderful Chris and his team were in providing guidance, advice, training and support with such a personal service to our family. This chair provided our father with access to the garden and other rooms in the house where he could enjoy somewhat of a normal life. His health deteriorated very quickly and we lost him after a few months , however without the stair climber we would not have had the quality time we had and were able to make the most wonderful memories with our father. I would encourage local authorities people mobility issue to explore the services of this company. It provides more than just a chair but a quality of life. To Chris and the team we are forever in your debt. Thank You.

  Amazing product provided by an amazing team of people. We cannot praise this stair climber enough, it made the last year of my lovely dad's life easier and meant he was able to still sleep upstairs in his own bed every night without huge disruption to his home. The team provided an extremely friendly and professional service and everyone we have met or spoken too from the company have a warm and welcoming manner. Everyone should be given these as an option as it meant for us that my dad could live in comfort in his own home with a sense of normality and routine that made everyday a little easier. A very big thank you to you all.
