Visited the Stag Theatre to take my children to see Matilda : The Musical a few months back. To this day I am still amazed at the incredible value of tickets, snacks and drinks at this venue. At an Odeon or Cineworld or similar chain it would have cost roughly £40 for tickets to a film alone however at the Stag, in a cosy and comfortable venue we paid £20 TOTAL, this included tickets, drinks and snacks. As this isn't primarily a cinema choices of screenings and films can be a little limited but that's understandable! Go here before any large chain of cinemas. Brilliant. Staff were also lovely and welcoming.
